Faber Extended Warranty Program
Overview: Franke Faber India Pvt Ltd (Faber) offers an Extended Warranty (EW) on select
available for purchase through Ignited Wings Technology Pvt Ltd (AI LifeBOT) via the WhatsApp platform
(Faber Chatbot). AI LifeBOT handles the sale process, payment collection, and delivery of the Invoice
cum Extended Warranty document. Faber remains responsible for providing all warranty services as per
the terms and conditions outlined below. Ignited Wings Technology Pvt Ltd (AI LifeBOT) holds no
for any issues or disputes related to the services provided by Faber.
Coverage:
- Manufacturing defects will be rectified free of charge during the extended warranty period.
- Technician visits for product assistance within the extended warranty period are free. This does
not cover re/installation, re-demonstration, uninstallation, or servicing.
- The warranty is valid only if the product is installed by an authorized service center.
Conditions Where Warranty Becomes Void:
- If installation, service, repairs, or modifications are performed by unauthorized persons.
- If the serial number of the product or its components is removed, altered, or tampered with.
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, accidents, pests, rodents, acts of God (lightning, floods,
fires, earthquakes), or use of non-genuine parts.
- Damage caused by improper external circuits, erratic power supply, or electrical short circuits.
- Operation in corrosive environments or use of harmful chemicals.
- Change of ownership or if the appliance is taken out of the country.
- Defects occurring during transit to or from the service center.
- Commercial or professional use of the product.
Items Not Covered in Warranty:
- Plastic, LED, lamps, rubber, metal, aesthetic parts, rust, filters, discoloration, wear & tear, and
consumables.
Additional Terms:
- Routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing visits are not covered under this warranty and will
be charged as per prevailing rates.
- The decision to repair or replace defective items is at the sole discretion of Faber.
- Services are provided during regular working hours on weekdays, excluding Sundays and public
holidays.
- In areas beyond municipal or city limits, additional service charges may apply.
- In the event that the appliance becomes non-serviceable due to any reason, Faber's liability will
be limited to a prorated balance amount of the AMC charges or offering a similar product with
applicable depreciation.
- Faber holds no liability for any consequential loss or damages to the customer or third party.
- Any disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction only
